RCB's can register their ISO/IEC 20000 Certified Organizations by downloading the following 
Registration Form, ensuring they follow the Requirements and Guidelines for Scope Statements.*
*Minor differences may exist between the scope as published here and that on the certificate. These differences will generally be caused by changes to English translations, or the addition of information preprinted elsewhere on the certificate. Any such differences will not affect the context of the certified scope.
